Shipping area

RURUI provides free FedEx/UPS Ground ship to CONUS. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States.

Processing time

Order will ship in 1-2 business days. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Track your order

  • After the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the customer's mailbox
  • For customers who have registered an account, a tracking record will be available on the order details page.
  • If there are any questions about your package, please contact us at service@ruruiebike.com.

Local pickup

To avoid damages in delivery. Customers are couraged to drop by our warehouse and pick the bike up on their own. There will be $50 off per bike for pickup orders.

Step 1. Contact us(service@ruruiebike.com) to get electric invoice.

Necessary information that customers need to provide:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Which RURUI E-Bike's model and which color.

2. Get an appointment from our colleagues in the warehouse.

  • Pick up location
  • Only pay when you get the package
