Shipping area
RURUI provides free FedEx/UPS Ground ship to CONUS. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States.
Processing time
Order will ship in 1-2 business days. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Track your order
- After the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the customer's mailbox
- For customers who have registered an account, a tracking record will be available on the order details page.

Local pickup
To avoid damages in delivery. Customers are couraged to drop by our warehouse and pick the bike up on their own. There will be $50 off per bike for pickup orders.
Step 1. Contact us(service@ruruiebike.com) to get electric invoice.
Necessary information that customers need to provide:
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Which RURUI E-Bike's model and which color.
2. Get an appointment from our colleagues in the warehouse.
- Appointment phone number
- Pick up location
- Only pay when you get the package
